ELLICOTT – Town of Ellicott Police are reminding residents about winter parking. Policy is for no parking on the streets between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. “With this storm heading our way we will be making sure vehicles are off the roads so our plow drivers can clear our roads,” police said.
