Murder Trial For Jamestown Man Still Scheduled For February Start

MAYVILLE – The murder trial for David F. Waggoner of Jamestown is still scheduled to begin on Feb. 5 in Chautauqua County Court.

WNYNewsNow confirmed that the date hasn’t changed, as of yet, through a court clerk.

Waggoner is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 30-year-old William J. Michishima.

Waggoner was indicted in Chautauqua County Court last August. He remains in Chautauqua County Jail on $1 million bail.

Jamestown Police said that Waggoner allegedly shot and killed Michishima with a single gunshot wound to the head at 114 Livingston Ave. in Jamestown last July.
