FALCONER – A man is facing charges after Town of Ellicott Police said he allegedly held her against her will inside a West Falconer Street house Sunday afternoon.

Patrick O. Brady, no age given, was arrested just before 3:30 p.m. after police responded to the house for a reported domestic dispute.

Ellicott Police said Brady is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment.

Brady was arraigned in front of a judge and released. Police said he is due back in court at a later date.
