Huntley Hearing Held For Woman Charged In Death Of Busti Man

LITTLE VALLEY – Various submissions were made Monday afternoon in Cattaraugus County Court during a Huntley Hearing for Marylou Johnson, the Busti woman who is charged with manslaughter in the April death of Busti man Wilfredo Colon-Rodriguez, Jr., according to a court clerk, who responded Wednesday morning to WNYNewsNow’s email.

The clerk told WNYNewsNow that once submissions are made and the judge issues a decision, a new court date will be scheduled.

Johnson is charged with second-degree manslaughter, a class C felony; as well as second-degree vehicular manslaughter, second-degree assault, driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting serious physical injury, all class D felonies.











Colon-Rodriguez, Jr.’s body was found in Apr. 2018 on Swanson Hill Road in Randolph. Colon-Rodriguez, Jr. was previously reported missing to the Lakewood-Busti Police.
