Victim Identified In Fatal Ellery Crash

ELLERY – New York State Police have released the identity of the man killed in a head-on crash Saturday at the intersection of Route 380 and Route 66.

Victor M.LuceJr., 50, of Reading, Pa., was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers said their investigation revealed that Luce was driving a 2020 Honda westbound on Route 66 and failed to stop at a stop sign.











His vehicle was hit by a 1997 International dump truck.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted in the investigation.
