SHERMAN – A Clymer resident was arrested Tuesday after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said they destroyed property that did not belong to them at an unidentified location in the Town of Clymer.

Jamie A. Goodwill, 31, is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Deputies said they originally responded to a 911 call. When they arrived to the scene, they spoke with the victim who alleged Goodwill damaged their property.

Goodwill was arrested following a brief investigation and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

  1. Omg. It was my own coffee table that was knocked over. I got to the jail and the attorney said they can’t charge me for that. So they just released me. Wasn’t even there 30 min. This is ridiculous that they can put stuff like this up and not get sued..
