Jamestown Man Charged Following Alleged Social Media Harassment

ELLICOTT – A City of Jamestown man is facing charges after Ellicott Police said he created fake social media accounts to harass people online.

Ellicott Police said Tyler J. Goodwill, 18, allegedly created the accounts and assumed the identity of the victims.

Goodwill is charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and criminal impersonation.











Police said Goodwill was arrested on a warrant and taken to Chautauqua County Jail.
