Taylor’s Triple Double Leads Jamestown Jackals To Win

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Jackals point guard Troy Taylor’s triple-double led his team to a 116-99 victory on Sunday at Jamestown Community College, extending Jamestown’s winning streak to three.

Taylor tallied 10 points, 12 boards and 10 assists.

Shooting guard De’Angelo Stewart scored a team-high 25 points on 10-17 shooting, nailing five treys.











Forward Glenroy Carr, Jr. chipped in with 21 points.

In his first game back as a Jackal, Michael Davenport scored 18 points off the bench and added seven assists.

For the Patroons, Lloyd Johnson scored a game-high 38 points, drilling six three-balls while adding six boards.









Steven Cunningham added 16 points and seven rebounds as well for Albany.

Jamestown improved to 6-9 with the victory.

Albany has now lost four of their last five, slipping to 8-5.

The Jackals will be back in action on Saturday, as they will be on the road against the New York Court Kings
