YORKSHIRE – A 25-year-0ld Yorkshire woman was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office said she allegedly forced her way into a residence on Forrest Lane early Saturday morning.

Deputies said Ashley Spencer allegedly broke into her neighbor’s house before getting into a physical confrontation with a resident inside are being told to leave.

In addition to the criminal trespass charge, Spencer is charged with second-degree harassment.

Spencer was arraigned in Town of Yorkshire Court and committed to Cattaraugus County Jail on $1,000 bail and a violation of parole warrant from New York State.
