WARREN –  Michael Marshall, one of the three men charged in connection with the 2017 drug-related death of 24-year-old Robert Marshall will be formally arraigned in Warren County Court at 9:30 a.m., April 25. 

Marshall, 33, of Warren, is charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy with intent to deliver, manufacture substance, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marshall is currently in Warren County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Cody Streit, 27, of Clarendon, plead not guilty March 21 to his alleged role in Marshall’s death. Streit is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy – possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, and recklessly endangering another person.


A settlement conference for Streit is scheduled for 9 a.m., May 20, in Warren County Court.

Douglas Harkins, 44, of Sugar Grove, is also charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy – possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, and recklessly endangering another person. Harkins remains in the jurisdiction of the Warren Magisterial Court, and a preliminary hearing is now scheduled for May 1 at 3 p.m.
