POMFRET – A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash around 10:20 p.m. Thursday on Ellicott Road in the Town of Pomfret.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said the man, who wasn’t identified, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a ravine.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and further details will be released later.
The Fredonia Fire Department responded with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office to the scene.
