RIPLEY – A Ripley man is accused of acting in an “aggressive manner,” which placed the victim in fear of imminent physical injury, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Bruce O. Boozel, 46, is charged with third-degree menacing. Boozel was issued an appearance ticket directing him to the Town of Ripley Court at a later date.
