JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man allegedly punched a female on top of her head while she was holding their one-year-old son during a domestic incident at 19 Langford St. Tuesday morning, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
David F. Burkhart III, 26, also allegedly broke the female’s phone while she was trying to call for police assistance.
Burkhart III is charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
The Jamestown resident was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
