Pulitzer Prize Literary Giant Herman Wouk Dies

NEW YORK – Multiple media outlets are reporting the death of a literary icon and Pulitzer Prize-winning author.

Herman Wouk, author of “The Caine Mutiny” and “The Winds of War” died Friday at 103 years old.

Sources said Wouk died in his sleep at his home in Palm Springs, California.











His most popular works include: The Winds of War, War and Rememberance, The Caine Mutiny, Marjorie Morningstar and Don’t Stop the Carnival.

Wouk would have turned 104 on May 28.
