LILY DALE – A wanted Cassadaga man was arrested in Lily Dale Wednesday afternoon, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Jeffery Kozlowski, 20, was wanted on charges of third and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Deputies said the warrant was based on a previous raid conducted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Sheriff’s SWAT team.
Kozlowski was turned over to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
