JAMESTOWN – An investigation into a domestic incident at 351 Foote Ave. Sunday evening led to the arrest of a Jamestown resident, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Virmillianette Torres Rodriguez, 21, allegedly damaged several apartment windows and the front window of a vehicle parked at the address.

Torres Roriguez was taken to Jamestown City Jail.

Police said Torres Roriguez is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.
