YORKSHIRE – One person died at the scene of a two-vehicle accident early Sunday morning at the intersection of West Yorkshire and Savage Roads, according to the New York State Police.
Police said another person was taken to Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville and transferred to Erie County Medical Center for further treatment.
A third person was treated at the scene.
Charges are pending further investigation, police said.
