Three Charged In JPD Narcotics Investigation

JAMESTOWN – Three Jamestown residents were charged following a report of a domestic incident inside a vehicle in the area of East Second and Kipp Streets Thursday evening, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Police said one of the passengers, Allan Broadwater, Jr., no age given, was allegedly in violation of an order of protection. In addition, Broadwater, Jr. was allegedly in possession of marijuana and hydrocodone pills.

Broadwater, Jr. was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal contempt and unlawful possession of marijuana.











The driver, Robert F.A. McLoud, no age given, was allegedly in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and a digital scale.

McLoud was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

A second passenger, Lacey K. Barker, no age given, was allegedly in possession of a hydrocodone pill. Police said she allegedly pulled away and fought with officers when they attempted to take her into custody.









Barker was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

All three were taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
