JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man is accused of striking a one-year-old child in the face during a domestic dispute Monday afternoon.
Jamestown Police say William F. Borkowski Jr., 22, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree assault following an incident on Thayer Street just after 3:30 p.m.
Police allege Borkowski Jr. struck a one-year-old child in the face causing physical injury.
Borkowski Jr. was taken to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in the case.
