Man Charged With DWI In Crash

GREAT VALLEY – A Town of Allegany man was charged following a one-car accident on Humphrey Road Saturday, according to New York State Police. 

Police said Damian J. Greaves, 25, was allegedly exhibiting signs of intoxication. Troopers said he allegedly operated a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

Greaves was transported to Olean General Hospital for evaluation. He was then taken to State Police Olean, where he allegedly refused to submit to a chemical breath test.











Greaves was arraigned on a DWI- previous conviction within the past ten years in Allegany Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.

Greaves is due to appear in Great Valley Town Court in September.
