WARREN – A Village of Lakewood man died in a one vehicle crash this week in Warren County, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police say Chad Thompson, 35, was driving on Paige Hollow Road around 6:30 a.m. Monday when his vehicle suddenly left the roadway and hit an embankment.
Troopers said the vehicle then rolled over and landed on its roof.
Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers said it appeared he was not wearing a seatbelt.
