Man Arrested For Allegedly Dragging Woman Down Street, Violating Order Of Protection

ELLICOTT – A City of Jamestown man was arrested after Town of Ellicott Police alleged he dragged a woman down the street and violated an order of protection on Wednesday.

Officers said Mark G. Watson, 29, was taken into custody by Lakewood-Busti Police at a residence on Frederick Boulevard after allegedly trying to escape the house from a window.

Police said Watson had a valid order of protection against the woman he allegedly dragged down the street.











Watson is charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Police said he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized booking.
