LAKEWOOD – A City of Jamestown man is facing charges after allegedly drinking milk and then putting them back in a cooler at the Lakewood Walmart on Sunday night.
Lakewood-Busti Police say Andrew Vanguilder allegedly removed two bottles of milk from the cooler, drank out of both, then placed them back in cooler with no intention to pay for them.
Vanguilder is charged with criminal mischief in the case.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Busti court at a later date.
