Jamestown’s New Department Heads Officially Sworn In

JAMESTOWN – The City of Jamestown has several new department leaders.

This week, Jamestown’s City Council approved appointments made by Mayor Eddie Sundquist.

Jennifer Williams will serve was the city’s clerk and treasurer, Crystal Surdyk will serve as the city’s director of development and Elliot Raimondo was appointed corporation counsel and human resources for the city.


The group was sworn in during Monday’s city council voting session.

Current public works director Jeff Lehman and comptroller Joseph Bellitto will remain in their positions.

Additionally, Ellen Ditonto was reappointed as the city’s Zoning Board of Appeals chairwoman.
