Jamestown Home Damaged In Fire, Pets Rescued

JAMESTOWN – A Cole Avenue home was damaged by fire Tuesday afternoon in Jamestown.

City of Jamestown Fire Fighters responded to 121 Cole Ave around 1:45 p.m. and found smoke and flames coming from the rear of the structure.

Officials say three dogs were rescued from inside the house and later reunited with their owner.











The American Red Cross is now providing assistance to the home’s occupants.

Fire investigators have not yet released a cause of the blaze.
