JAMESTOWN – For their performances in the Jamestown Rebels’s two-game sweep of the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Knights over the weekend, Noah Siffringer and Noah West were named the NAHL’s top two Eastern Division Stars of the Week on Tuesday.

Named the Eastern Division’s Top Star of the Week, Siffringer had a two goal performance in Friday night’s game and followed that performance up with a one goal one assist game in Saturday’s game, finishing the series with a +5.

Rebels goaltender Noah West was voted the second star by posting a 3-0 shutout victory between the pipes over the Knights on Friday and then allowed only a single goal in Jamestown’s 6-1 victory the next night.

In total, West saved 66 out of 67 shots faced, good for a 0.985 save percentage.

Jamestown is now on a three-game winning streak, and are in fifth in the East with 39 points, two points behind the Maryland Black Bears.

The Rebels will be back in action on Valentine’s Day at 7:30, as they will play the first of a two-game road series vs. the Johnstown Tomahawks, who are in second place in the East.
