POLAND – A Falconer man faces multiple charges following a vehicle crash on Poland Center Road Sunday evening, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 

Deputies say Sean C. Fenton, 43, is charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to keep right and refusal to take a preliminary breath test.

Fenton was released with traffic tickets and will appear at the Town of Poland Court at a later date to answer charges.

No injuries were reported from deputies.

The Kennedy Volunteer Fire Department assisted in the investigation.
