Nursing Home Residents Keeping Contact Amid Virus Shutdown

GERRY – Residents at several nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Chautauqua County are keeping good contact with family and friends thanks to leaders with Heritage Ministries.

David Smeltzer, the President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, spoke to our Justin Gould during WNYNewsNow’s daily broadcast Tuesday to talk about how his company is taking steps to not only keep residents safe, but, to keep them in communication with their family.

Smeltzer also explained that Heritage is currently in need of new hires to keep their operation running smoothly.
