LITTLE VALLEY – Cattaraugus County received its first positive COVID-19 case Friday. 

Officials say the case was reported in the northwestern region of the county. Thirteen people remain in precautionary quarantine while 58 are in mandatory quarantine.

The county has administered 126 total tests, with 108 coming back negative.
