JAMESTOWN – The number of those who have recovered from COVID-19 in our area continues to grow.
Officials in Chautauqua County reported no new cases of the virus during their Monday update, but that, 18 people have fully recovered, up five from Easter Sunday.
“127 cases under quarantine/isolation orders by the Public Health Director and being monitored,” said officials. “Not all of those being monitored are confirmed to have COVID-19 but have either shown symptoms, are awaiting results, or have risk factors.”
There remains a total of three active cases of the virus in Chautauqua County, officials said.
As of 4 p.m. Cattaraugus County reported no change from Sunday.
