JAMESTOWN – One new case of COVID-19 was reported Sunday, bringing Chautauqua County’s count of confirmed cases to 31.

Officials say the new case involves a female in her 60’s.

There are now four active cases, 24 recovered cases, 3 deaths and 42 cases under quarantine or isolation orders by the Public Health Director.

“Not all of those being monitored are confirmed to have COVID-19 but have either shown symptoms, are awaiting results, or have risk factors,” said officials.

As of 5 p.m. Sunday Cattaraugus County officials have not provided their daily update.
