Jamestown Woman Arrested Following Domestic Incident

JAMESTOWN — A Jamestown woman, who allegedly tried to run down another woman with her car, faces multiple charges following a domestic incident, according to Jamestown Police.

Police responded to a complaint of a domestic incident at 1:12 a.m., Thursday, in the area of Bush and Bowen streets.

Samantha M. Gonzalez, 27, Jamestown, allegedly struck two vehicles attempting to flee, police said.











She was charged with three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving while intoxicated and following too closely.

Gonzalez was held pending arraignment.

James Jackson, 33, Buffalo, was charged with third-degree assault for allegedly striking a female. He was held pending arraignment.
