Jamestown Man Charged With Rape

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was charged with rape following a complaint to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Daniel Graham Jr., 31, was charged last Friday, with third-degree rape, third-degree criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.

The Sheriff says Jamestown Police assisted in the investigation.


Graham Jr. is to be in court at a later date and was released on his own recognizance.

No other details of the incident was released.

    (Immediately released with no bail….. for RAPE)

  2. Yes Jo your 100% right than today a man gets arrest for incest 10,000 bail. Well if it was there family they may feel different. And believe me I am doing everything I can to make this Parole who not only raped my daughter, feed her vodka, gave her drug. He will rot in jail.
