RIPLEY – A 34-year-old woman is facing charges after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says she released an intimate image without consent.
Deputies reported on Tuesday that Ripley Resident Jamie Kochi was charged with third-degree obscenity and unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image.
Las week, deputies received a report that Kochi allegedly published the image without the adult victim’s consent.
She was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to see a judge in the Town of Ripley court at a later date.
