ELLICOTT – A Pennsylvania man is facing charges in connection with a stole vehicle theft.
Town of Ellicott Police responded to a suspicious situation where two men were spotted walking around a parked vehicle on Monday evening.
Through investigation it is alleged 27-year-old Shawn Siciliano stole the vehicle in question from Brentwood, Pennsylvania.
Siciliano was issued an appearance ticket for criminal possession of stolen property and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
Police say authorities in Pennsylvania are expected to place additional charges against the suspect later on.
