PORTLAND – An 18-year-old from Buffalo is facing several charges after allegedly sending “indecent materials” to a Chautauqua County child last year.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into the alleged act started back in October.

The 18-year-old male, who was not identified, allegedly harassed and sent indecent material to a juvenile victim.

The teen was charged with second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, second degree aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child on Thursday.

Deputies say he is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court at a later date.
