Driver Charged, Two Hospitalized Following Chautauqua County DWI Crash

BROCTON – A 25-year-old woman is charged with DWI following a crash that injured two people, including an 11-year-old, in Chautauqua County on Tuesday night.

New York State Police say Victoria Bradberry caused the single-vehicle crash on Old Mill Road in the Village of Brocton just after 7 p.m.


Troopers investigating the scene allege Bradberry exhibited obvious signs of impairment.

After speaking with the woman, police say she admitted to drinking and driving.

Bradberry, along with two others were hospitalized, including a 11-year-old child who taken via Mercyflight to a regional hospital.



Police say Bradberry is charged with driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second-degree vehicular assault; among other vehicle and traffic violations.

She was later taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment in the case.
