Youth Arrested Following Dunkirk Stabbing

DUNKIRK – A youth was arrested following a stabbing in Dunkirk.

City of Dunkirk Police say the stabbing happened around 9:30 p.m. on the 300 Block of Central Avenue Tuesday night.


The victim was treated by Dunkirk Fire Rescue and ALSTAR  EMS at the scene.

Police say the victim were later transported to Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa. by Stat Medivac.

The suspect, who was not identified but police say is under the age of 18, is charged with first degree assault.
