MAYVILLE – A Salamanca man could spend up to four years in state prison after he was sentenced for a probation violation last week.

The Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office says 25-year-old Brennin Reynolds was sentenced on Friday.

The sentencing, which was handed down by county court Judge Stephen Cass, calls for Reynolds to spend one 1/3 to four years in state prison.

The sentence follows Reynolds guilty plea to second-degree attempted assault.
