Clymer Man Charged With DWI Following Head-on Vehicle Crash

CLYMER – A 25-year-old Clymer man accused of driving drunk is facing charges following a head-on vehicle crash on Friday night.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says Zane Tucker struck another vehicle head on at the intersection of Routes 474 and 426 in the Town of Mina.

Deputies say a passenger sustained minor injuries in the crash. She was transported to Corry Memorial Hospital.


Tucker was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, DWI common law, consumption/alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, and failure to keep right.

He was later released with appearance tickets for the Town of Mina Court on these charges.
