JAMESTOWN – A 44-year-old man is behind bars following an alleged domestic violence incident on Jamestown’s west side.

Jamestown Police say Christopher Toole was arrested following the incident around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.

It is alleged that Toole pinned a woman down on her bed against her will.

The man, police say, had an order of protection to refrain from physical contact with the victim.

Toole was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and aggravated family offense.

He has since been remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000 bail.
