WEST ELLICOTT – A preprepared meal service based in Olean is expanding to the Jamestown area.

Go To Meals owner, Deon Gayton, is expanding his operations by opening a new storefront location at the 707 Fairmount Avenue business plaza.

Fresh and healthy foods will be made at his current Olean store, before being shipped in their delivery van to the Jamestown area.

Meals start at $6.75, with prices decreasing as more quantities are ordered. Gayton says each week offerings change in order to provide a good variety to his customers.

As demand grows, he says his delivery service will expand to Jamestown as well.

“We have a couple of customers that live here and were driving to Olean,” explained Gayton. “We figured that Jamestown was probably three or four times the size of Olean, so there has to be a demand here.”

The young entrepreneur started the business three years ago after finding it hard to purchase healthy ready-to-eat meals while in college.

“That kind of just shifted into a business,” furthered Gayton. “I was hitting the idea around Olean, and people were receptive, we save people so much time and there are hundreds of people that are losing weight, you feel great.”

He hopes to open the new location at the end of May or beginning of June. To learn more, visit gotomealsolean.com.
