CHAUTAUQUA – A 29-year-old wanted man is behind bars after Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped him riding an all-terrain vehicle allegedly impaired this week.

Deputies say Jordan Pound was pulled over Thursday night on Route 430 in the Town of Chautauqua.

Through investigation it is alleged Pound was impaired by drugs.

Furthermore, deputies report Pound had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Meadville Pennsylvania.

After processing Pound was held at Chautauqua County Jail as a fugitive from justice.

He is scheduled to appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date to answer charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, unregistered motor vehicle and operating an ATV upon a roadway.
