JPD, FBI Looking Into Anti-Semitic Graffiti Of Park Statues

JAMESTOWN – Local and federal law enforcement are looking into the vandalism of statues honoring the Underground Rail Road history in Jamestown.

I’m a post on social media, the Jamestown Police Department said they are working with the FBI in investigating anti Semitic and anti African American graffiti of two statues at Dow Park.

The damage has since been cleaned off by the Jamestown Parks Department.











Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Jamestown Police Department via their tip line at 716-483-Tips (8477).

Police say the incident will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent to the law.

In May, a statue part of the same exhibit was stolen from the park.
