ERIE (Erie News Now) – The new COVID-19 variant has people wanting to get their COVID shot, but a problem that many are facing, no available appointment times.











Retail pharmacies like Walgreen’s, CVS and more are running low on supply and are often people’s first choice of place to get a shot.

Local hospitals are saying differently; they have supplies for many and encourages everyone to schedule an appointment.







LECOM says you don’t have to schedule, call in advance and they can give you your shot.

One woman traveled from New York to LECOM’s vaccine clinic to get her booster shot.





















She says retail pharmacies wasn’t available until the end of the month.
