JAMESTOWN – Freezing rain transitioning to snow and sleet could make travel tricky for those in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties.
The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
Forecasters are calling for mixed precipitation during the day, with a brief period of freezing rain in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Wyoming and Southern Erie counties.
As a result, officials say plan for slippery road conditions during the morning and evening commutes.
