FALCONER – A 25-year-old Warren, Pa. man is behind bars after allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old. 

Town of Ellicott Police announced Friday the indictment of Joshua Erhard who was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, course of sexual conduct against a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. 

In March 2021 police began their investigation following the alleged sexual assault which the victim alleged happened at a Falconer address in 2015.  

The sexual assaults allegedly continued in the Town of Poland and eventually into Warren Pa. through 2020. 

Erhard, police say, was arrested and is being held in the Warren County Jail pending extradition to Chautauqua County.
