ERIE, Pa. (Erie News Now) – As the winter season reaches its peak, many folks might need to send their snowblower in for maintenance and repairs.

Mitch Gerlach with Gerlach Power Equipment received over 20 blowers for repairs this week alone.

Some of the common breaks he sees are belts and shear pins, but it only takes nearly a week until your snow blower is back in your possession.

The week-long wait could be longer depending on the extent of damages; some parts take longer to be delivered to the store.

During the beginning of Winter, when we saw multiple snowstorms, he was overwhelmed with repairs, but now he’s all caught up.
