ERIE, Pa. (Erie News Now) – Between St. Patrick’s Day and the first week of April, customers head to tire shops to put summer tires on their vehicles.

According to Norm Loesch, owner of Tires For Less most name brand tire companies are raising their prices 10 percent, starting April 1st.

The increase affected Loecsh. He’s going up about 15 dollars more for each tire.

Supply isn’t an issue for him. Every day a supplier brings a truckload of tires to the store. And if you want to recycle your winter tires for next year, he can store them for you for a small fee.
