Three Arrested Following Dunkirk Drug Raid

DUNKIRK – Three people were arrested following a drug raid in Dunkirk.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a Search Warrant at 527 Columbus Avenue on Friday.

30-year-old Kevin Y. Dejesus-Rivera, 36-year-old Luis Torres and 38-year-old Edward Omar Pagan-Martinez were arrested and face several charges.











Inside the house, investigators say the following items were located and seized: 14.72 grams of Crack Cocaine, 1.2 grams of Fentanyl, over a thousand dollars in cash, a .22 caliber Hawes Firearm revolver, and ammunition.

A stolen lock box was also recovered, police said, and returned to its owner with various personal documents and bonds inside after Dunkirk Detectives were able to locate him.

Authorities ask anyone with info on narcotics sales within their neighborhoods to call the Sheriff’s Office Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force at (716) 664-2420.
